Ask us about the proposed treatment and claiming arrangements, then confirm your benefit with your fund before proceeding. A rebate or no-gap treatment is not guaranteed.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring your Veteran Card or private health membership details, your current denture if you have one, and any relevant treatment information. Tell us about your cover when you arrange the appointment. Please do not email card photographs or sensitive medical information.
Will I have an out-of-pocket cost?
