Website privacy

Updated

This notice describes this website and its external links. It is not a complete policy for clinical records or information collected during treatment. Contact the clinic for information about those practices.

Browsing this website

You can read our service information without creating an account or submitting a form. This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, embedded maps or an embedded booking calendar.

The appearance control changes between light and dark colours. Your choice is kept only in the page’s memory during navigation, not in a cookie or browser storage, and resets when you reload the site.

Hosting and technical information

Google Firebase App Hosting delivers this website. Requests may generate technical records such as an IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps and error details for delivery and security. The website’s hosting service is in the United States, with content delivered through Google’s network. Information may be processed outside Australia.

Online bookings and directions

Book online opens Google’s appointment calendar. Directions opens Google Maps. These are separate Google services and may process information or use cookies under their own terms. A link to them is not the same as embedding them on this website.

If you submit an appointment request, the information you enter is shared through Google’s booking service with the appointment organiser. Only provide what is needed to arrange the visit. Please do not include sensitive medical details, health-fund card photographs or Veteran Card photographs in booking notes.

You can phone the clinic instead if you prefer not to book online.

Contacting the clinic

If you call or email us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide. Email is not a secure clinical-records portal. Please phone to discuss how to share sensitive information appropriately.

Questions, access and corrections

Contact reception if you have a privacy question or complaint, want to ask about information held by the clinic, or need to request access or a correction. We may need to verify your identity before discussing personal information. Do not send identity documents unless the clinic has explained a suitable way to provide them.

Information about privacy rights and making a complaint is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
